We have an on-site caretaker service for you, our parking lots are lit 24/7, accessible to you, and also under video surveillance!
Each unit has its own power connection and individual lighting. In the flat rate, you have an annual consumption of 300 kW/h per unit included.

We charge a one-time setup fee upon contract conclusion.
To provide you with the desired double or mega unit, we will remove the partition walls for you.
2 monthly rental payments as a security deposit - the deposit will be refunded upon the proper return of the unit.
