Which objects and goods may not be stored? Which types of use are not allowed?

Apart from objects, certain types of use are also not permitted on the basis of the building permits:

• Use of garages or warehouses as company headquarters or business address.
• Operation of car repair shops (lifting platforms, changing oils and other environmentally hazardous liquids and substances).
• Use as a commercial workshop.
• Storage of environmentally hazardous, flammable or highly flammable, toxic or water-polluting substances, with the exception of storage/ provision in approved hazardous substances cabinets
• Meeting places and places of entertainment of all kinds, taverns and restaurants, as well as private celebrations
• Open fire, smoking
• Flat use
• Storage and provision of compressed gas cylinders
• Production and storage of pyrotechnics
• Storage of food or perishable goods, unless they are securely packed so that they are protected against infestation by pests and do not attract pests;
• Animals of any kind.
• Prohibited, unlawfully possessed and all types of weapons, explosives, ammunition; chemicals, radioactive substances, biological warfare agents; toxic waste, asbestos or other potentially dangerous materials that could harm third parties through emission or immission.
• Anything that emits smoke or odour; and any prohibited substances and articles or unlawfully acquired items.
• The washing of vehicles
• Electrical appliances may only be operated while the Tenant is present.
• Storage and parking of registered or deregistered vehicles, of any kind, outside the rented unit.
• This does not include short-term parking during the stay in the park, see house rules.
• Any type of activity that does not correspond to the purpose of the rental and/or violates applicable law or permits issued for the property.
